We believe design develops best through dialogue. We design collaboratively, making special efforts to refine the brief with our clients and encourage them to actively take part in the crucial stages of creating a new building.
We attach great importance to providing a professional service. We therefore manage as much of the design process as possible and personally oversee and direct all stages of construction through to completion with weekly and often bi-weekly site visits.
We negotiate with planners, contractors and suppliers as transparently as possible for our clients, communicating clearly and objectively. The importance of these principles is reflected in most of our projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
We offer a breadth of professional experience and expertise bridging local and international cultures and languages.
With professional qualifications from the RIBA, Cambridge University, Barcelona School of Architecture and The Courtauld Institute in London.
We are chartered members of both the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA, for over 40 years), and the Balearic Chapter of Architects (COAIB, for over 15 years).
EXPERIENCE
Our clients have ranged from Trust House Forte to the National Trust, together with many private clients from the fields of business, finance, new technologies, academia and design.
In the UK we have also worked extensively with housing associations, on award-winning self-build schemes and health-care and education projects.
Anthony has been a Historic Buildings Assessor appointed by English Heritage and also an adviser to the Arts Council.
