The main steps to build a house in Mallorca

BUILDING A HOUSE IS A COMPLEX PROCESS. TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS YOU NEED A CLEAR VISION OF BOTH THE OVERALL SCHEME AND THE DETAIL. WE ORGANISE OUR PROJECTS INTO CLEAR STAGES SO THAT YOU CAN FOCUS ON THOSE ASPECTS THAT MATTER MOST AT EACH STAGE, HELPING TO KEEP CONCEPT, COST AND TIME ALL IN CLEAR PROPORTION.
  • Project analysis, Feasibility studies and sketch designs (Estudio Previo-Anteproyecto. Equivalent to RIBA stages 1+2). Site and/or building analysis with current planning research. Initial sketch design organising the project brief and outline budget.
  • Spatial design scheme (Proyecto Básico. Equivalent to RIBA stage 3)
  • Detail design project (Proyecto de Ejecución. Equivalent to RIBA stage 4)
  • Supervising construction(Dirección de obra. Equivalent to RIBA stage 5)
  • Completion(Documentación final de obra. Equivalent to RIBA stage 6)
